HOW TO GET METTA
Metta is available at four delicious locations!
Ashland City: Pre-order any day of the week for pickup on Wednesdays and Thursdays at Metta Cafe in Ashland City. If you forget to pre-order, just give us an hour to prepare your order. We’re open for pick-ups from 11 am to 6 pm. Please note that we’re unable to accept walk-ins at this time.
Germantown: Find us at Monday Night Brewing in Preservation Station from 5 - 9 pm every other Tuesday, starting Aug 27! A limited menu is available, check it out by clicking “Order Now” and selecting Monday Night Brewing. Enjoy your sando with MNB’s two-for-one beer specials!
The Nations: On Fridays, you can satisfy your Metta craving at The Silo Market in The Nations. To do this, place your pre-order by 12 pm on Thursday for a 12 pm pickup on Friday.
The Gulch: Any day of the week, selections from our Grab n Go and Sweets are available at Merge Coffee Bar inside Jade & Clover.
